Phil was always friendly and guick to help me in any way. He helped my father, Lawson Styles, take care of all his cars for many, many years. He will be sweetly missed.

March 9, 2011

Dear family of Phil,
I had the pleasure for the past 27 years of knowing Phil and , his Hickory Exxon family. He was always a cheerful face, and committed to his family and business. Since leaving Hickory over 17 years ago, I came back to the familiar place where the "hometown" friends would go over and beyond to help me, this past winter. Just like old times, when I pulled in the Service Station, Phil was there to greet me with a how ya been, good to see you back attitude. I have to say, my last time to speak with him was fun, laughter and old time memories we spoke of. I will miss you, Phil. Denise Reep (Holbrook) is how he addressed me, just a good guy that treated all with his passion to help. Always, Denise
