June 22, 1943 - September 22, 2025

Robert Bryson McPherson Jr., 82, was born on June 22, 1943, to the late Robert Bryson McPherson, Sr. and Zella Williams McPherson. He passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at his home. Robert retired from Southern Bell as a supervisor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Joy McPherson Barnett.

Family remaining: wife, Janice Teague McPherson; daughter, Laura McPherson Revis (Michael); son, Robert Bryson McPherson III; grandson, Patrick Bradley McPherson (Alejandra); granddaughter, Tayler Hannah Revis; sister, Gloria McPherson; nieces, Denise Kindret (Warren) and Debra Carlisle and nephew, Hal Barnett, great-nieces and great-great niece and nephew.

A service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Newton, NC with Father Oscar Rozo officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring at 3975 Robinson Rd Newton NC 28658.
