Thomas Lee Rose, age 75, of Maiden, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at Carolina Caring in Newton.
Born April 22, 1947 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Henry Lee and Sara "Nadine" Teague Rose. Thomas retired from the Catawba County School System. He was a member of Mt. Ruhama Baptist Church, in Maiden. In addition to his parents, brother, Eric Rose preceded him in death.
Left to cherish his memory: wife of 52 years: Cynthia Rose of the home; son: Anthony Rose and wife, Rebecca of Pennsylvania; grandchildren: Jacob Jones, Max Rose, Addison Rose, Isaac Jones; niece: Christi Jones and husband, Darren of Lincolnton.
The funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 9, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Ruhama Baptist Church in Maiden with Rev. Darren Jones and Rev. Shawn Milburn officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the church.
