Carol (as I knew her) was like a sister to me. We first met when I was overseas, far away from my own family. She truly knew how to receive others as "family." I was truly blessed having her in my life. Bryce was born on my birthday, and she passed on my granddaughter's birthday; so, there was definitely a connection between us. I still make her Clam Dip recipe and every meal I ever ate that she cooked was delicious. I learned so much from her and am so thankful that she and I spent countless hours together in England. My sympathies to the entire family.
