Jesse Rawlins Obituary
December 30, 2004 - July 6, 2016
Jesse Slade Rawlins, our loving son, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 6, 2016, after being sick with a flu bug. He was born December 30, 2004, in Preston, Idaho, to Alwin George and Katrina Reynolds Rawlins.
Jesse loved to play Xbox with his brothers and sisters, ride his bike to play with friends and visit the neighbors with his dad and brothers and "hanging out" with his sisters. He loved his nieces and nephews and being their uncle, teasing his family and "checking in" with Mom many times a day to see if she needed anything and helping her. He always had a smile and a hug for those he loved. He had a Christ-like love for everyone.
Jesse was a loving, caring, fun loving mischievous son and brother whose passing will leave a huge hole in our hearts. We feel so blessed and take much comfort in knowing he is with our loving Heavenly Parents, our Brother Jesus Christ and our family who have already passed on. He will always be in our minds and hearts
'Till We Meet Again.'
He is survived by his parents Alwin and Katrina, of Cove; his siblings Nicholas (Amanda) Rawlins, of Nephi, UT; Anastasia (Kirk) Chaney, of Preston, ID; Serena Rawlins, Wyatt Rawlins, and Zachary Rawlins, of Cove; grandparents Darryl (Theresa) Reynolds, of Spanish Fork, UT; and his nephews and nieces Kirk Chaney Jr., Alexandria Chaney, Kira Rawlins, and Alwin "DJ" Rawlins. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Reginald and Maxine Rawlins, and his grandmother RoLaine Reynolds.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016, at 12 noon in the Richmond Stake Center, 135 West Main in Richmond. A viewing will be held on Friday from 10-11:30 a.m. at the stake center. Interment will be in the Richmond Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Webb Funeral Home in Preston. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com. An account has been set up at Zion's Bank where donations can be made at any location in Jesse Rawlins' name.
