Oh dear dear Billy. I remember you. What a cool guy you are. I remember you telling me you was going to be the first millionaire out of Sky View class of 1969.. I have not doubt that you was a million dollar man all the way. The angel's have you now wrapped in their every loving arms.. I will see you on the other side Billy. Bless ya darling..

N. William, as he liked to be called, at one time in his life, was one of the most unique human beings I have ever met. Once, it was a bitterly cold winter, my van wouldn't start and he came to rescue my sister from frostbite by providing transportation. Another time, we dressed in formal attire and drove all the way to Idaho Falls for a coke. He was my friend and I love him. I will never forget Billy, as he was known to me. To his family members and friends, especially Domani, may you be comforted, knowing that he is at peace now, and has gone home to be with loved ones.

Parkinson family. Sorry for your loss. I think of growing up in the old second ward of Smithfield. Life was simple in the 50's and 60's. Smithfield was uncomplicated at that time. You shopped at the American Food Store on Main Street. Our schools were a bike ride away and the lunches were the best. Floyd cut our hair. In winter months we sledded down Hines Hill. Life was great! We had friends that were a little different. Billy was one of them. May you rest in peace. You have been in our thoughts over the years and you will not be forgotten! Peace be with you brother.
