Kevin, when were hanging out all through middle and high school your mother was always so nice and sweet to me when we were at your house. I was not able to make visitation, but I wanted you to know how wonderful I thought your mother was. I was really sad to hear of your loss. You and your family have my condolence.

I had hoped to come to the visitation, but can't make it today. Thank you for sharing your mom, as well as your love, with all of Rachel's House. She, and you, will be missed. I am grateful I got to know her and for her confident faith in Jesus Christ.

Bryan and I used to see your Mom and Dad, Kevin, as you were building your house way back when. Those were long ago memories. We chatted from time to time. I love that they passed on to you your Christian heritage. The blessing for those who die in Christ is the wonderful promise that you will meet again.
