Elizabeth Cobb Obituary

Elizabeth (Mullen) Cobb, of Brookline, Massachusetts and Macatawa Park, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on October 29, 2013, after a long battle with breast cancer. Loving wife of F. Reilly Cobb and wonderful mother to Sarah and Cecelia Cobb. She is survived by her sisters, Talmage Steele and Janet Den Uyl; and by her brothers, Joseph, William and Christopher Mullen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She is the daughter of Joseph Mullen VI of St. Louis, Missouri and Edith (Donnan) Mullen of Richmond, Virginia, both of whom preceded her in death.

Funeral from the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave. (nr. Brighton Courthouse), Brighton, Monday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Ignatius Church, 28 Commonwealth Ave., Chestnut Hill at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, 3-8 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Liz may be made to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's Oncology Research Program, 330 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215. Dear Cobb family,
We are so sorry to hear about Liz's passing. I remember her fondly as a confident and talented entrepreneur. She participated in our Springboard program in 2004 and left a huge impression on us. We will share this sad news with her Springboard colleagues. Amy Millman and the team at Springboard.
