Addis Simon Obituary

Addis Joseph Simon Jr., 67, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 at 12:30 a.m.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home. A Military Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. and a Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his son, Kagen Simon; brothers, Brett Simon and wife, Cindy, David Simon, and Allen Simon; sister-in-laws, Adruel B. Luke, Eloise Champagne and Lanora Breaux.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Doris Breaux; parents, Addis Simon Sr. and Irma Simon; stepson, William Bogan.

He served in the U.S. Army Member of 7th Calvary and awarded Bronze Medal.
