Adolph Folse Obituary
Adolph "Bernie" Folse, 55, a native and resident of Grand Isle, died at 7:06 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Church in Grand Isle. Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Olga Folse; one son, Bernard "Bubba" Folse and wife, Kristy; two daughters, Tiffiny Folse Borne and husband, Daniel, and Jasmine Folse and companion, Dain Cazes; two brothers, Raymond Folse Jr. and wife, Cherl, and Lloyd Folse; three sisters, Eva Bradberry and husband, Artie, Myra Kirkley and husband, Barry, and Sherry-Ann Lee; six grandchildren, Mollie-Jean Davee, Kizlyn Borne, McKenna Borne, Euriah Cazes, Lyric Cazes and Abel Folse; and eight nephews, six nieces, 11 great-nephews and 12 great-nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Folse Sr.; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Folse, and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Santiny; and one niece.
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Isle Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
