Alfreda Richoux Obituary
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until funeral time Friday, Oct. 2, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon Friday at the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.
She is survived by her brother, Jay Verdun; and sisters, Pearline Ledet and Gloria Jarreau.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Erman "Jock" Richoux; parents, Martile and Francoise Verdun; brothers, Levi, Harris and Viniss Verdun; and sisters, Marie Verdun, Lorida Verdun, Laura Mae Billiot and Lorena Holmes.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
