Christopher was the shinning star of his father, Mr. Patrick Saunders. Christopher carried on the family heritage of the sea. When my youngest son encouraged by Pat Saunders to seek a career in the oil patch, Christopher was gracious enough to take him under his wing and guided him through the certification process to work on the crew boats. While there Chris took him on a water fowl hunt which was described by my son as the best he had ever experienced. Chris learned this from his father, who is one of the best water fowl hunters in the south east US.
The family will be comforted by the fact that Chris passed away with Jesus Christ as his Savior. Although Chris has passed the final BAR, GOD and Chris know why. Sail on Capt. Chris, and may Gods shinning light guide you.
