Claude Daigle Sr. Obituary
A visitation will be held in his honor on Saturday, May 5, at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville, from 8:30 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. The burial will follow in St. Philomena Cemetery in Labadieville.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Eula Daigle; children, C.J. Daigle Jr. (Jane), Michael "Mike" Daigle (Melanie), and Karen D. Ledet (Kermit Jr.); grandchildren, Jeanne Daigle Blanchard (Chris), Ryan Daigle, Nicholas "Nick" Ledet, Madeline Daigle, and Aimee Ledet; great-grandchildren, Mikie and C.J. Blanchard; and sister, Bessie Daigle Crochet (Ray).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adley Daigle and Lena Hebert Daigle; and siblings, Calvin Daigle Sr., Carol Daigle and Jean Daigle Rodrigue.
Claude worked for Supreme Sugars for more than 43 years and retired as a shift supervisor. He then worked as an Assumption Parish school bus driver for 20 years until he finally retired.
He will be deeply missed by his family and all those who knew and loved him.
The family would like to thank the three special sitters who cared for Mr. Claude and South Louisiana Hospice.
Landry's Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Eula and family,
It is with much sadness that I learned of C.J.'s passing. His journey in life was filled with many pages and on each page was written a beautiful and heartwarming story.
