Franklin LeCompte, Sr. Obituary
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 24, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., with services to start at 11 a.m. at Samart Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine Poiencot LeCompte; sons, Franklin Jr., Allen James LeCompte; brothers, Elton "Fefe" LeCompte and wife, Theresa, Allen LeCompte and wife, Jeannie, and James LeCompte; sisters, Irma Hebert, Mary Jane Spurgin, Margie Duplantis and husband, Jimmy, Cecile Allemand and husband, Terry, and Marlene Chauvin and husband, Glen; grandchildren, Fantase, Frankie Lynn, Carson, and Kali-Rae LeCompte; and great-grandchild, Envy LeCompte.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferdinand LeCompte Sr. and Eva Fanguy LeCompte; brother, Ferdinand "Pele" LeCompte Jr.; and sister, Ismay "Lolo" Scott.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
