Gibson Autin II Obituary
He is survived by his sisters, Gretchen Autin Yancey and her husband, Jimmy, and Holly Autin Vinson and her husband, Joe; his brother, Daniel C. Autin; along with 13 nieces and nephews and 21 great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Ledet Autin; father, James Charles Autin Sr.; and brother, James "Chuck" Charles Autin Jr.
Gibby was a devoted son, brother, friend and uncle. He was truly one-of-a-kind with a sweet, loving spirit and a wonderful sense of humor. He had a zeal for life that brought joy and laughter to everyone he knew and met.
Rest in peace, dear brother Gibby. You will always be remembered.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Friday, Sept. 1 at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435. Visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice in Gibby's name for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. It´s been 4 yrs. since you were called home too be with Our Dear Lord Gibby & I Miss You Terribly...:(...but I know you are in a much better place......I think of you often & of course I begin laughing bc we did a lot of that when we were together...& I Miss That......Rest Easy My Gribby...Love & Miss You...
