Leo Jeanise Obituary
Private services were held.
He was survived by his wife of 65, Irene Trahan Jeanise; six children, Richard Jeanise, Allen Jeanise, Shirlene Jeanise, Kenneth Jeanise and wife, Crystal, Tammy Bonvillain and husband, Sidney, and Charles Jeanise; siblings, Yvonne Godeaux, Wilma Fonteoit, and Doc Jeanise; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Clorise Bellard Jeanise; siblings, Olea Jeanise, Isabelle Jeanise, Charles Jeanise Jr., Benjamin Jeanise, and Asa Jeanise.
He was a very hard working man, a great provider and a backyard inventor. He was very generous to all. Always loved and never forgotten.
Thibodaux Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Thanks for being a part of my life. You was great company when I'd worked with you at Audubon Health and Rehab Center in Thibodaux. I am so sorry for your lose. He was amazing guy for the short time i known him.

Aint Irene my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Wish I could have made the funeral but was unable due to surgery the day before. He will be greatly missed...:( I'm sure him and Mom (Isabelle)are up in heaven playing cajun music and tapping there feet to the beat.
