Lionel Matherne Obituary
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12 p.m. Friday with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Rance and Dylon Matherne; daughter, Mandi Matherne Arabie; mother and step father, Janet Matherne-Robicheaux and Robert Robicheaux; 4 grandchildren, Abigail, Karsyn, Brooklyn and Sebastian; and brothers, Mike and Rene' Matherne.
He was preceded in death by his father, Evans Matherne.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

We are heartbroken about Lionel's passing. Rickey and Lionel worked together for a long time AND HE WILL BE MISSED . Sorry we can't attend the services Rickey is in the hospital but our thoughts and prayers are with yall.
