He is survived by his wife, Sara Bounds Fonseca; daughter, Desiree' F. Pelcha; mother, Peggy G. Fonseca; two siblings, Brian J. Fonseca and Heather F. Mock; and granddaughter, Alexia Pelcha.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ray P. Fonseca.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
