We are sad to learn in Hedwig Village of Allen's passing. Our condolences to his family. My husband Tom knew him from Houston Oil and Minerals. I came to know Allen during his service as a Council Member/Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Hedwig in the 1990's, before I ran for City office. He was a true and wise Attorney and Counselor. As a fellow attorney, I admired him greatly and valued his advice. Hedwig Village honors his past service to our City.
