HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND
MERRY CHRISTMAS MOM AND DAD!
Hi Mom and Dad. Thanksgiving came so quickly and went fast too. We just stayed home and had a quiet day and just missed having our family get togethers as we always did. Tamara & Charlie went to his family. Elton just stayed home too. I was on vacation that whole week and Tamara & I went Christmas shopping. She is doing well and has popped out a little. She was 11 weeks (3 months) on Thanksgiving. God is so good. We went to Tamara's on Christmas Eve and missed you both at dinner and opening gifts. We shared a lot of memories we had with you both during the holidays. We did get Tamara & Charlie some baby gifts and she is now 15 weeks, so we don't know the gender yet. We will know at 20 weeks. Tamara thinks it is a boy. Wish you could be here when the little kiddo comes. We went to Charlie's family on Christmas Day. We hope you two shared Thanksgiving and Christmas together. We know you were watching down on us. Tamara did decorate nicely and I did put up a little tree. I am on vacation the last week of December so I am home alone and thinking of you both. We hope that 2012 will give all a Happy New Year and we are praying for a health "Baby Fator". You two take care of each other and give a big kiss to both from me. I think of you both often and I love and miss you both. Your loving daughter, Donna Jean

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!
Today is your 94th birthday Daddy and I will never forget your birthday. I hope you and Mom celebrated today and enjoyed the day together. I sure wish you were here so we could celebrate and go out to dinner as we always did. Tomorrow is Veteran's Day too and it is remembered by all of the fine men who served for out country. Daddy, I am proud to say that you were one of those wonderful Veterans and I admire you for that. You were one of the best and still are. Oh, I love you. Tamara went to the doctor and is 9 weeks today. The baby is growing as she can see it on the ultrasound. She has had some nausea but otherwise she is doing well. Andy Rooney died at the age of 92, November 4th, 2011, two days after Tamara's birthday. Ya'll remember him on 60 minutes. He was always so good. We will be going to Terri's wedding Saturday, November 12th and will give our love to all from you both. Thanksgiving is in 2 weeks and I will be back in touch with you and Mom. I will be giving "Thanks" for my two wonderful parents who I dearly love and miss. Happy Birthday from Ray and I and Buddy and Cody too (they sure do miss you too!) You both love each other and give kisses from me. I will be back to you in a few weeks. Love each other and see you soon. I love and miss you both. Your loving daughter, Donna Jean

NOVEMBER BIRTHDAYS!
Hi Mom and Dad! I'm sorry I did not get by yesterday but it was my little girl's 35th birthday. Wow how time flies. Yes, Tamara was 35 years old yesterday 11/2/11 and I know you both remembered. We celebrated both our anniversaries 11/18 (Tamara & Charlies) and 11/24 mine and Ray's, Tamara's birthday and one other special occasion, Tamara's pregnant! Yeah, I'm going to be a Gran "D" and you two are going to be "Great Grandparents" again. How excited we all are. She found out October 10th and she is now 8 weeks yesterday. We sure wish you were here to be a part of that special day which will be around the middle of June 2012. Tamara and Charlie are so excited and me too! Hope all is well with you both and you are loving each other as you always have. Terri is getting married next weekend so we are going to the wedding. The weather is getting cooler now as fall is here. I will get back to you both a week from today as it will be your birthday Daddy. Wow, you will be 94! Hope you have nice plans with Mom on your day. Give each other a big hug and kiss for me. I sure do miss you and love you both very much. Your loving daughter, Donna Jean

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MOM AND DAD!
Yes, today is your 66th anniversary and I did not forget! I know that you two had a wonderful day together and were celebrating another happy year. I'll bet Mom cooked a good dinner for you both (one of your favorites, I'm sure) as she is the BEST cook and I learned from the best! I am happy that you are together and are enjoying each other, but I sure do miss you both. I do have so many wonderful memories of this special day, and so many others and we will someday all be celebrating it together again. All is well here and we all think of you often. Elton had cataract surgery yesterday (the day Nedra passed away) and I thought about you when you had yours Daddy. All went well and he is doing fine as you did. I made halupki (stuffed cabbage), but it was not as good as yours Mom. I hope you both enjoyed your special day and I will get back with you soon. God loves you, we love and miss you both. Give each other a kiss from me and I will contact you next month (Daddy and Tamara's birthday). I love you both,.Your loving dauthter, Donna Jean

MISSING YOU, MOM
Just wanted to say "Hello" to you and Mom and to say that I had a very nice birthday (Saturday, August 27th). You both never forgot my birthday. I wish that you were here to celebrate it! I know you both are busy, but I sure to miss you. Sunday was a very sad day for me and Daddy (August 28th)as it was five (5) years that you left me and Daddy. We both have been lonesome, especially Daddy, we sure have missed you. But Daddy has been with you for the last two (2) years now and I am happy that you are together. I have missed both of you dearly and it has been a really happy/sad (bittersweet) month for me. I am happy that you are both together and that I will someday be there with you both again. It has been lonesome here without you two, but I am glad you are both together and am sure you are happy. I will be back with you both soon and want you to know that I love you both and miss you dearly. Take care of each other and just want you to know that I am thinking of you and love you. I love you Mom and Dad and you are the best parents that a daughter could have. Kiss each other for me and love each other as you always have. I will keep in touch and be back with you both soon. I love and miss you both. Your loving daughter. Donna Jean

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! MOM
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! DADDY
Hi Mom and Daddy! I sure missed both of you on these two special days. Ray, Elton and I went by the cemetary on Father's Day to see you and to bring some new fresh flowers. Cousin Gerry was by and put some new ones out too. It was a sad, but happy time for me as I miss you both dearly. The puppies sure do miss you too, Daddy. We are having a beginning of a hot summer, and it is getting hotter. Glad you both are doing well and enjoying your time together. Give each other a big hug for me and I love and miss you both.

DECEMBER 2010 CHRISTMAS!
Hi Daddy! Sorry I go a little behind. Christmas was at Tamara's house this past year and we did miss you and Mom. We know you were there and we felt your presence. The holidays just aren't the same without you and Mom. I did go by and put some lovely flowers on your graves for Christmas. It sure was cold, but I came to see you both. I hope you and Mom are doing well. Give her a big kiss for me, and I love and miss you too.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!
Hi Daddy! Well another year has gone by and I didn't forget your 93rd birthday. I hope you are having a good birthday and enjoying it with Mom. I sure do miss you both. I did not forget your 65th Anniversary on September 29th, and I am sorry I did not send you both wishes. We were contending with Ray's Mom's funeral, as we lost her on the day before your anniversary (Sept. 28). It has been a rough 6 months with her condition. She is now there with ya'll and hope you can visit with her. We all miss her here, especially Elton. We are now calling Elton daily like I did with you. I do miss our phone calls, but he is enjoying us calling him now. I do miss you alot Daddy, and I love you very much. Give Mom a kiss for me and I think of you both often. Happy Birthday. Your loving daughter.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DADDY
Hi Daddy. We came by to see you on Father's Day, June 20, 2010. We brought a white cross with some pretty purple flowers for you to add with the others. They placed your bronze military marker at your foot, but it is upside down. I called today to have it turned around. They put sod on your grave, but it was dead. It is really hot, so they are going to fix that too. We will water it next time we come. I sure did miss you on Sunday, and cried happy tears as I looked at your picture from last Father's Day. You still look good. I love you and miss you very much. Tell Mom hello and we love her too. Give each other a big kiss from me. Your loving daughter.

Donna, Tamara and Family,
We will all miss our beloved Andy, but we have our memories that we shared with him to remember him by; like our Vegas Trip for his 90th B-Day and the many weekends we spent with him, especially those in his latter years and we take commfort in knowing that now he is in a better place, free from the worldly cares and rejoined with his beloved wife Marie forever, while he waits for our arrival and watches down upon us everyday. Thanks for the memories Grandpa.
