My husband and I were sorry to learn of Phyllis's passing. We hadn't heard from her in some time and didn't realize she was ill. We could not attend her service, as it was the same day that we were hosting a 60th wedding anniversary celebration for my parents. We appreciated having her in the church while we served at Emmanual Baptist. She was faithful and involved and always happy to play the organ for services. One of her pet expressions was, "God bless you real good!" I always liked that. Sometimes that phrase comes into my mind, and I think about Phyllis. Though she is separated from us now, I am confident that we will see her again one day.

To Phyllis's family, I'd just like to say that we pray for God to comfort you in your loss. And may He bless you real good!

I was sorry to hear of Phylis' passing. I delivered propane to them for several years and she and Bob were great to be around. We exchanged quite a few stories about Bus, as he was one of my neighbors for years and years.
