Bert Bunton Obituary

BERT ALLEN BUNTON Dec. 3, 1931 - June 15, 2005 Bert Allen Bunton passed away after a long struggle which he endured with faith, strength and a smile. Survived by his wife, Janet Bunton of Sealy, daughter, Barbara Ann Stites and husband Dale of California, sisters, Mary Jo Johnson and husband Sam of Sealy and Nancy Huff and husband Leroy of Dallas, stepchildren and grandchildren, Sarah Barrett, Brook and J.T. Weeber, Hailey Grabarshick and Hunter Fronczak and numerous other family members. Preceded in death by daughter, Connie Lynn Bunton of Houston, mother, Irene Whitley and stepfather J.O. Whitley of Pittsburg, Texas, brothers, Charlie Eli Bunton of Houston and Frank D. Bunton of Sealy and numerous other family members. Bert was born in Greenville, Texas. He attended Greenville High School and the University of Houston. Bert served in the Armed Forces as a U.S. airman. He was in the Real Estate Business as a Real Estate Investor and Developer. The family wishes to thank Dr. Angelina and the team of doctors at St. Luke's Hospital for their hard work and all the loving care. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at First Baptist Church, 707 8th St. in Sealy. Visitation, Friday, the 17th after 5:00 p.m. at Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel, 768 Fourth Street in Sealy. Knesek Family Funeral Chapel (979) 885-3535
