Brenda Parsell, 66, formerly of Houston, Texas died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in The Villages, Florida. She is survived by her husband Randy Parsell and sons, Chris and Brad Parsell.
A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 6856 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX 77074.
