“Can I see another’s woe,
And not be in sorrow too?
Can I see another’s grief,
And not seek for kind relief?”
by William Blake

Helena,
I can’t begin to know how you feel, but I am sorry to hear about your pain. No one can take Candice’s place. She was precious and special and I know you needed her and will miss her terribly.

This is an enormous loss for you and you don’t have to be strong all the time, it’s okay to fall apart sometimes. It probably seems like you will never feel happy again, but you will feel better someday. It may seem like this is more pain than anyone can bear, but God is there with you so you must trust Him in the midst of the pain.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Revelation 21:4
