Brannon and Christy Marlowe
February 14, 2021
My wife, Christy Marlowe, and I, Brannon Marlowe, are forever indebted to her for her care, her wisdom and her insight. She was truly a great woman and an inspiration to everyone who met her. We shared a lot of shared thoughts as she redesigned her beautiful home in Houston after the floods and about Miatas. I’ll never forget the hospitality she showed when I showed up unexpectedly at her home many years after we’d moved from Houston. God bless her and her family, she’ll always be special to us and her story will live on.

My best memory of Carolyn is the devotion and love she and Steve shared.

she was light in our life and a beacon that shines on our lives every day. Carolyn never faltered, never gave up, always offered more support than we gave to her. She and Steve shared everything they owned with my wife Holly and me. They triumphed over floods, a destroyed home, a dream retirement taken away by physical issues, a love for her dogs and an unbelievable dedication to golf and serving others. I am certain she now has eternal life and pray to meet with her again. If you did not get to know and love this women there is a shortcoming in your life experience. Carolyn I am sad you have left us but happy you will suffer no more. Al

We worked together in the Rheumatology Dept at Baylor. We had many laughs together. A great woman of valor. Gayle Kamen-Weinstein

Carolyn will always be remembered as she was a wonderful, passionate woman who was a joy to all who knew her. Knowing her was a privilege. Steve, you are a blessed man. She was the best.
