Cesar Carrera departed from this world on February 21, 2024 at the age of 100. Cesar is survived by his son Eric, his brother Victor, his sister Maruja, and various nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife Debora.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 21, 2024 at St Thomas More Catholic Church, 10330 Hillcroft St, Houston, TX 77096, at 10:30 in the morning, reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Food For The Poor Christian Charity in memory of Cesar's life and legacy.

Sincere condolences to the families of Mr. Cesar Carrera. May he rest in eternal peace & may perpetual light shine upon his face. Amen. I´ve worked with him as a volunteer teacher in ESL @St. Thomas More Church. He´s been very kind & truly loves God. We will all miss him. In Christ, Eden Bautista.
