Terry, Linda, Scott and Charlie and all your families, my heart is hurting for all of you. I know how hard it is to give up a "Dad". He was a great man and the same everytime I saw him. He will truly be missed by all of us. He changed the lives of some of my family, and I will always appreciate and remember that. I never went there that he and Betty Jane were not glad to see me. My Prayers are with you all. Meemaw Hurt

Papaw Sieck hands touched many lives, including mine. His family was
everything to him and I feel blessed that I was a part of that family for many years. He never met a stranger, or a person he was unwilling to help, all were changed for having known him. Your Grandsons will remember you daily in their thoughts and deeds, and will continue to strive to make you proud.

Papaw, you will be sadly missed. You have done so much to help those close to you. I, for one, would not be where I'm at today if it wasn't for you. I will think about you daily. Please give memaw ( Betty Jane ) a hug from me. I'm sure she had a batch of her perfect cookies waiting for you. We lofve you. Scott, Leisa, & Duke

"Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well
preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,
shouting "What a ride!"
found this quote , and it reminded me of "Uncle Charlie"
