Clara Gideon Obituary

The Lord embraced CLARA ILENE GIDEON, 61 years, into his loving arms Tuesday evening, March 18, 2008 in Houston, TX. She was born September 27, 1946 in Florala, Alabama to Theodore LeRoy and Florence Thesoline (Preacher) Reightnour. She was preceded in death by her father. Clara is survived by her loving husband, Kyle Gideon; children, Jodie Gideon, Jeffrey Scott Gideon; mother, Florence Reightnour; sister, Belinda Rice and husband Mike; brother, Dwight Reightnour and wife Marcia; and many other loving nieces, nephews and friends. A Visitation will be held Thursday, March 20, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 21, 2008 at 2:00 p.m at The Foundry United Methodist Church, 8350 Jones Rd., Houston, TX 77065 with Rev. Godfrey Hubert officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service, via escorted cortege, at Klein Memorial Park (249). Online Tributes @ www.cyfairfunerals.com.
