1949-2016
Cynthia C. Bailey, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at the age of 66. Born April 28, 1949, Cynthia was a native of Fort Worth, Texas ('67 class of Kirkpatrick) and longtime resident of Houston, Texas. She was an amazing person with a kind and gentle spirit that was embraced by all she knew. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years E. Keith Bailey and parents Gwendolyn Gragg and Claude Gragg Sr.
Cynthia leaves behind to cherish her memories her daughters Angela Bailey (Dometrius Wilson) and Christina Bailey; granddaughters Kennedi Wilson, Sidnee Wilson, Morgan Wilson and Harper Berry; siblings Claudette McDade, Claude Gragg Jr., Rosalyn Jones, Donna Johnson, and Christopher Gragg (Saxton); her loving in-laws, a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Sugar Land Mortuary Chapel, 1818 Eldridge Rd., Sugar Land, TX. Visitation will be prior to the service at 10:00 AM
