i´m scott´s daughter that was born february 2006 and i´m sure no one looks at this anymore but i have to say that it makes me feel so much peace when i read all the memories that everyone shared w him. thank y´all for posting on here.

Scott now has two children! Danica Faith was born in February , and looks just like her big brother Lathan. We need lots of love and stories about her dad for us or you to tell...

There are no words to express what I am feeling today, the one month anniversary of the passing of our precious Scotty. My heart goes out to you Warren, Cindi, Michelle, Jody and your families.
Our first Christmas without our beloved Faye and Scotty. I trust that God in his infinite wisdom took Faye first so that she could welcome her son to his new home in paradise.
I take comfort in the knowledge that Scotty had found a career with which he was very happy and one that appeared to love and appreciate him, as well. This, along with the profound love that he felt and was able to express for his son and his family, truly made him a successful man in his short lifetime.
I know that he felt the continual support and love from his family and friends. Scotty knew the depth of that love and appreciated the support you always gave to him. No matter what form it took, he knew that your help and advise came from love.
Lathan, I am so sorry for your loss. You lost a best friend and a wonderful Daddy. You are a lucky little boy to have had him for your Dad. You made his life complete, it was as if he had waited all his life for you. You will always have your "Simon" family to help you remember the good times with your Dad.
Simons, I know that you all will stay close to little Lathan. Let him know that he is loved by the whole Louisiana Clan, just as Scotty was and will always be.
Heaven is lit up today, for sure, with the "love light' surrounding those who have gone on before us. What a reunion it is in Heaven every day!
I am here for all of you, just as I have always been and will always be. My children love you all very much and pray for you daily. I love you!

my deepest sympathies to scott and all those who were close to him. i was never priveleged enough to know scott very well until the ride to the rally that night although we were co-workers. we had a great time in the short time we spent in galveston. that was one of the best times i have had in galveston and i am very glad i got to spend it with him. my sympathies go out to his family and child. my only regret was not getting to know scott sooner.

I worked with Scott at Big Dog Motorcycles of Houston for a brief period of time but, during that short time I quickly realized he was a great guy. My heart felt condolences to the family.

I didn't get to know Scott very well until the night before his passing.I feel so blessed to have been able to spend his final day with him. What a beautiful person he was. I hope all will take comfort in knowing that he left us doing something that he loved. He will be greatly missed.
