Hola Shon! You would have been so proud of your beautiful home going service. Ms. Jamie eulogized you beautifully, with no notes; she left us spellbound. To see all those who came today was a testament to how much you are loved. I will forever cherish our memories, in particular singing to you at your bedside and holding your hand. I know that you heard me, just as I hear your laughter and consoling voice; it is pushing me to be strong. It is not easy, but we are trying. I find comfort in talking with your Havard family... you had the keys to the kingdom, Nicole tells me! Love you always and miss you so much, Tante Delicious!

Having worked with you for 6 years we were able to get to know each other. You were like a second mom to me. A voice of reason, and someone I knew I could go to and you would let me know that everything was going to be ok. Most days you were the first person I would see in the morning and the last person I would see before I left work. I knew if you were there it would be a good day no matter what the day threw at us cause with the smack of your gum and a baby please the bad would melt away and the laughter would begin. As hard as these past few days have been I will always be grateful and feel very blessed to have met you and worked with you. I will truly miss our talks about all the yummy food we ate, decorating our houses, and more yummy food talks! Your passion for life was contagious as was your smile and laughter. Havard Elementary is not the same with out our diva. May you truly rest in peace. Prayers being sent to Mike and the rest of Delicia's family and friends during this very hard time.
