To The Welch Family,
We still can not believe the tragic circumstances involving Dennis' accident. He was a great neighbor and a good Pal! We will always cherish all the good times we had together. The street will never be the same. We know he was doing what he loved, but it still doesn't make it any easier to accept. We will always be here for your family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.
Rest in peace our friend.

JoAnne and Dennis were so wonderful to us when we moved to Houston in 1997 which just doesn't seem so long ago. You and Dennis gave me safety tips like getting into the bathtub if there was a tornado coming because Steve was gone a lot and I was alone in a new state. You also talked with us about the differences between the California schools and Texas schools and that it would take the boys a few years to adjust. Dennis also gave Tim a job running parts around town which gave a high school kid new to town some extra money and something to do before school started. Thanks for being our new friends in a new place. It was a short time. I never forgot about your family. My prayers are with you and your family.

In life, if you are lucky, you may get to meet a special person. Dennis was such a person. He was a friend, but much more. He was a good example for all of us. He did what was right; Honest and hard working, he inspired those values in everyone he touched. Our hearts are broken with his passing, but although saddened, his inspiration lives on in all our hearts. To Joanne and the rest of the Welch family, you have our deepest sympathies and our eternal love and support.

JoAnne and the entire Welch Family,

We know Dennis loved and trusted every one of you with his heart of hearts and appreciated the support you provided him over the years. He would not have enjoyed life and his success if it were not for your unconditional love and support. It no doubt will be a very painful journey to continue without him, but he would expect nothing less than for you to move forward, live life to its fullest and have a most wonderful life.

May God grant you the strength to get you through this irreparable loss. Dennis will forever live in your heart full of loving memories, and in the hearts of those he touched.

He had a kind and loving heart and loved life. He would do anything it took to see the job got done in whatever he was working on and you could tell it came from the heart. He touched everyone around him and didn't even know it. He will be missed, but the memories he has left us all with will continue forever. God Bless You All And Have Faith In God.

Dennis ( father-niro) was one of the good guys in the industry! He will be missed a great deal by me

over the years. I was deeply saddened by his untimely passing.

Dennis was not egocentric; he desired success for his friends as much or more as he desired success for himself. I am diminished by his death; the world is a poorer place.

Joann, my heartfelt thoughts and prayers are sent to you and your family. Dennis was a good friend to me while working at Niro. I'm glad I had the chance to meet such a great person.
