Donald Aucoin Obituary
A graduate of Nicholls State University, he worked for Texaco, Inc for 34 years when he held positions of increasing authority. He retired in 1994.
A memorial service will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 at 7:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home.

We square danced and went on several trips with Donald and Aline. They were our great friends and our 6 children had so much fun spending time with Darrin. We will cherish their friendship always.

"Mr. Don" is what I called my second dad. When he and my mom divorced Mr. Don and I always stayed in touch. When he and Mrs,Janet moved back to LA, I was very excited because I would be able to not only continue our talks on the phone, but I would actually get to see him and to meet Mrs, Janet, whom I found to be a very kind person. My heart is breaking but I know that my "Mr. Don" is where he has no more pains and is talking with God, cause he was a very religious person. My prayers go out to Mrs. Janet and his son, Darrin and his other daughter, Rebecca.

I'm so sorry to hear about Donald. I sure wish I would have been able to see y'all before this sad news reached me. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers. He was one of my favorite cousins.
