Donald is one of my "big cousins" that I always looked up to and admired! I remember my parents taking us to a Jones football playoff game to watch Donald play and what a big deal that was for me. The Robicheaux family has always meant a great deal to me, my family and the rest of us "Burks"! Know that you all are in our prayers. God is our Great Comforter (Isaiah 49:13b,Jeremiah 31:13) and we pray that He will surround you with His love and compassion (Psalm 103:8&13) today and the days to come. We love you all! Ronny

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support you and your husband shared. He is now your special guaradian angel watching over you. You and your husband have been such a blessing to Tina and Nikki, they speak so often of their love for both of you. My heart and prayers goes out to you during this very difficult time. Sandra Edgar

I'm so sorry for your loss. I think I first met Don at one of Gertrud's parties. While our paths didn't cross often, when they did I learned of Don's witty sense of humor and the love he had for life and his family. He was a no nonsense king of guy. Kathy Ruark
