I was very sorry to hear about Aunt Edith's passing. It is hard to believe that they are all gone. I have great memories of our family reunions on PEI.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mardi and Faye,
I'm sad to see that one of "our " moms , Edith, has passed away though I'm glad to read that it was peaceful. I'm terribly sorry as well that It's been almost 2 years since my visit with her at Hilltop. I intended to visit again. My loss indeed. She seemed so happy and well that day. Our parents were such great friends and had wonderful times and trips together, didn't they? Always, BYOB in the old days! Then the Mayflower, and of course, the cottages. Your mom helped me get my first job too...at Eatons of course!
Unfortunately, I'm off to Montreal on Sunday till Tuesday night otherwise I would definitely be at the service. I'm so sorry I won't be there. Please accept my condolences on your loss.

On behalf of the Maritime Conference United Church Women, I am writing to extend deepest sympathy to you and your family at this time of loss. Loved ones remain in your heart and in your memory. That is a treasure you will never lose. As people of faith, it is a great comfort to know that the love of God surrounds us always, and helps us to find strength to carry on with the routine of life and with unusual challenges at times like this.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
