Wow...I just found out Ernie died....I knew Ernie since we went to Clear Lake Intermediate School and then Clear Lake High School. I also worked with his father at NASA and hung out with the whole Grodecki and Motway family quite a bit back in the 80's. I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Ernie was a great guy and always made me laugh....I will never forget him. God Bless You and your family.

WOW, I was a friend of Ernie's from Clear Lake High School and just found about his death. I worked with his father for years at NASA and attended all the parties at Steve and Denise Motways house and Ernie and I became good friends. Still missing you Buddy, think of you very often, we lost a great man and we speak of you lots. and i know in my heart, you are there watching over your family... Really miss our talks, you have helped many people, just the short time i was able to share with you.

Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for what your loss is causing you both to live thru. Please know that you are in my prayers every night. No matter what trials God may send our Family, we are Family. I want to make sure you both know that no matter what it may be, I am here for you, and will always be. you may call on me for anything. I love you both dearly. And miss you more than you know.

Just received word of your family loss. Are prayers are with you at this time. I am a distant cousin on his mothers side. I knew his mother and father as I was a child growing up. Ernie and I knew each other back in elementary school in Clear Lake. I've lost contact with him over the years, but have thought of him often. I know that God will get all of you through this. I am so sorry for your loss.
