May your memories help you through these trying times. I am here if there is anything I can do. He was a gentleman and will be missed. Love to you both, Sarah VonDran

Dearest Helen and family,

No one else can truly feel the sorrow that you bear at this time; and to extend sympathy seems such an inadequate expression. May it help in some small way to know that so many others care and know what a fine man Steve was. You will continue to be in my prayers.

...Tana, my prayers are with you and your mom in this time of your sorrow. I know that it is so very hard to part with one so caring and loving that gave you so many fond memories. Please try to remember and cherish that Ernest was very well liked and loved by all who knew him. He was fortunate to have such a long productive, healthy life with beautiful, caring children to carry on his love to help others. He touched and help make better thousands of young lives with his work with the Clear Creek School district. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all of those who he met and helped in so many great ways and in the end that is all that anyone can ask for. The Angels have taken back into their arms a great man. May God bless Ernest for all of his work here.
