You were my best friend, I have a empty feeling because I was not able to say goodbye.Just know that you help me when I didn't know how to help myself. I will always love you as my brother in Christ.

To the white family, everyone that came in contact with FC. loved him. He was a special man and they don't make them like that anymore. Sometimes you just don't what to say when you lose your love ones, just know that he is smiling down over us and you will see him again. I am blessed to have known him and you were bless to have him in your lives. Vick take care of yourself and love yourself.

To the family of Chef White, I had the pleasure of working with him for many years at piccadilly, he was truly a remarkable man. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone. The thing I like about him most was his laughter and big wide grin. He was a mentor for a lot of young people that came to work at piccadilly. He was truly loved and me and my family will miss him. This is not goodbye, because we will see you again. Luv you always BIG DADDY.

FC...He knew me before I knew him. He is my fathers (Freddy Simpson) best friend. I remember fond times of traveling to navasota with the family and enjoying to no end. He was a good man with a good heart...and boy could he cook.. I guess he will be making sausages in Heaven now. To the family..be blessed knowing that the struggle is over!!! My continuing prayers to the family.

F.C. was my first boss when I moved to Houston, Texas over 30 years ago -- he was best friends with my brother-n-law Freddie Simpson -- I was married to Freddie Simpson's brother Carl Simpson and F.C. was a good Chef at Piccadilly Cafeteria and he trained me and Freddie Simpson and he and Freddie Simpson were not only co-workers, but they were also lifetime friends and they worked together and always set that food line up at Piccadilly and set it up on time and at the right temperature! To his wife Gail and son F.C. Jr. and the rest of the family -- I know you have lost someone, but hold your head up and look to the hills from where your help comes from because I know that you know that all your help comes from the Lord.
Many prayers and blessings -- Shirley Simpson Young

To God Be The Glory. I had the privilege of meeting Mr. White thru my dad and also work with him awhile at Piccadilly Cafeteria. I was his banker @ Compass Bank and I thank God for the opportunity of knowing a joyful spirited man. I pray that Gods Peace and Comfort will surround the family at this time of loss. To God Be The Glory!

F.C. was a great friend to my uncle, Freddie James and he will be greatly missed. May the Lord bless the family during this trying time. F.C is at peace and with our God.
