Geraldine Geiser Obituary

Geraldine O. "Gerri" Geiser, 73, of Louisville, died Sunday, March 7, 2004, at Norton Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and retired from Hazelwood ICF/MR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl H. Geiser Jr. She is survived by a son, Greg Geiser (Lisa); a brother, Johnny Overstreet; a sister, Mary Hall (Clyde); several nieces and nephews; and the "chosen family." "She was a caring and loving mother, aunt, friend and 'chosen mom'." Her funeral will held at noon on Thursday at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday at Bosse Funeral Home, Barret and Ellison Aves. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association or the donor's favorite charity.
