Condolences to all family and friends. She was a neighbor and an inspiration. I really didn't get to know her but when we lived on the same street I always noticed her energy and love of life. I think about her and her sister every time I see the house where they lived.

I am so sorry to read of Peggy passing. I met Peggy and her sister, Elizabeth, when my singles' Bible study class from Second Baptist Church made visits to Vosswood after church service on Sundays. They always had such wonderful stories to share with me and my friends.
My prayers for comfort and strength are with your family during this time of great sorrow.

Dear Jane and familyYou all have been so blessed to have a loving, attentive grandmother for so long. Each time you spoke of her it was with words of tenderness, respect and how she cared about each of you. May you carry your memories of her for a lifetime. Brian, Tudy and family

Ashley,
I wanted to send my prayers to you and your family and especially Aunt Peggie. I know she won't need any help getting where she is going. She took every obstacle that was given to her and overcame it. She was like the matriarch of our family. Generations of our family will know this amazing woman through our stories and our pictures. My mom still makes us laugh when she tells us the stories of Aunt Peggie and her purse. Everytime they went somewhere she would look down and say "oh my lord, wheres my purse" and it would just be on the opposite hand. Thats just one of many stories we heard. She said when the 3 girls got together Peggie, Betty and Mimi the laughter just didn't stop. God Bless you for taking such good care of your Nana and she will be missed for a lifetime.
