Gloria Aikens Obituary
Cherishing her memory she leaves her devoted and loving husband, Norris De'Carlo Aikens; her mother, Anna Collins; daughters and son, Themba Aikens-Titley (Michael), Ndegwa Aikens, Tina Motley (Roger) and Rita Mosley; siblings, Saundra Powell ( A D), Henry Harper Jr. and David Harper; mother-in-law, Soyini Campbell; sister-in-law; Malikh Clark and many dear realtives and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, April 28th at the Shrine of Black Madonna, 5309 Martin Luther King Blvd.
Visitation will be prior to service beginning at 10 AM.

Dear Ndegwa and Family,
Please accept our sincere condolences for the lost of Makunda, your loving wife and our great and powerful Sister. We are so sorry that we could not be at her home going, but trust that we love you and are praying with you and the family.
We know that our Sister is already making a difference in the great beyond. She is out loving, out working, and out thinking the best of God's best, because that's who she was and is. Her spirit will remain with us always. She will continue to protect and direct us, forever.

May God hold and comfort each of you durning this very difficult time. I had the pleasure of worrking with Gloria at Kller Williams Realty and she was always a pleasant and joyful person. May she rest in peace and all her loving memories embrace your hearts as your days go on without her physical presence. My only regret is I found out about Gloria's death and funeral after it was all over.

To my Brother Norris and the Aikens famliy. My heart is so heavy. Gloria has been my Detroit sister since we were 10 years old. It was a joy to fellowship with her each time she came home. We were like two girls giggling, and proudly sharing stories about our families. Her light, joy, enthusiasm, love, and spirit will live on for eternity! Prayers and love from our family to yours.
