Gordon Harvey Obituary

GORDON WILLIAM HARVEY, age 74 of Houston, died May 22, 2003. He served four years in the United States Air Force as a fighter pilot during the Korean War. He was a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and was an engineer with the Department of Defense and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, from which he retired. He is survived by Martha Vance Harvey, his wife of fifty years; his son and daughter-in-law, Vance and Lorraine Harvey; his daughter and son-in-law, Leigh and Dan Kinshella and his grandson, William Daniel Kinshella. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 3471 Westheimer, on Tuesday, May 27, at 3:00PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bill's name to Houston Hospice, 8811 Gaylord, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77024. Wharton Funeral Home 515 Boling Hwy. Wharton, TX 77488 979-532-3410

Very sorry to hear of Bill's death.

We are now living in Alabama, having moved back to accept a job as a bank president. Becca and Pat are living in Houston, Susan is married and in Austin.
