It has been a year since we lost a very dear friend. It still hurts today, to not be able to see & talk with him. I can't even begin to express the overwelming lost that we all felt the day he left us. I want to say to those who loved him most: Carolyn, Amy & Josh he will alway be remembered as a man that touuched so many lives while he was here on this earth. He made People Smile and that is something we all need daily!!!
His family is what he loved most and held most dear to his heart I know that losing him was unbearable for you all. I will always remember Randy Arnaud, as many people will, because he grew a special place in my heart!!!! He will never be forgotten!!!!

To Josh and all the Arnaud family. I recently heard of Randy Arnaud's passing and wanted to express my condolences. I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad on a couple of occasions at Champions and I remember him being friendly and someone you don't easily forget. I know how special he was. My thoughts are with you.

Mrs. Arnaud - I was so sorry to hear about Coach Arnaud's passing. He was larger than life and will surely be missed!! Most of the postings are from folks that knew him from Conroe...but know that those of us that knew him in Bridge City miss him as well. I ran into him years ago after he left BC and got the biggest, warmest hug from him at the time! That was so typical of him!! Know that he is up in heaven watching over everything...and making everyone smile

I met Randy Arnaud through my ex husband. I had the opportunity to help him with a golf tournament a few years ago and had a great time. He was a very nice and kind man who always helped others. He is deeply missed.

I was very saddened to learn of Mr. Arnaud's death over the weekend. Several years ago I was the tournament director of what was once known as the Golf Digest Collegiate Invitational held at the TPC every March. He was one of many, but certainly the one who stood out the most, who helped us stage a very successful event in Houston each year. From the young volunteers he recruited to so many little details, Mr. Arnaud had a laugh ready for us every morning and made us feel most welcome. He spoke so highly of his family, too, especially his son Josh. My condolences to his entire family. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Mr. Arnaud was always ready with a smile and a hug when we came in for golf tournaments, starting when my brother was in junior high, continuing through college, and on into his professional play. He loved golf and never met a stranger. He was a truly special person that will be missed by many!

To Randy's family,
I share in your grief of Randy's death. I knew him through his energy and contributions to The First Tee of Houston/Redstone. I will miss his humor and interactions with the kids during the Champion's Challenge.

The first day we met, he called me "cousin", because of our Louisianna roots. He introduced me as his cousin to everyone. Little did we know that Amy was married to Paul Dishman whose family loved my uncle "T-conch". I will miss him and his friendship every day that I bowl. It is a sad time for "Arnaudville".

Carolyn: Andy and I are just sick over Randy's passing. I had just received a wonderful e mail from him not over a month ago. Geri Taylor just contacted us. If we had been aware of his passing we most certainly would have been there. He was a great guy, always thinking of others and especially up beat about everything. We send our love and regards. We have so many fond memories about him. Our love,
Andy and Linda Griffin Troup, Texas

Dear Arnaud family:
Being a business neighbor of Randys for the last four years we really got to know and chat with him alot and his son Josh. Our deepest sympathy goes out to your entire family, for our lives will never be the same now that he is gone, we are still deeply enriched that we got to know Randy. He would stop by our office daily and always cheerful with something funny to say. We will sure miss Randy.

My deepest sympathy to the Randy's family and those who worked with him at the agency. Though I never met him in person, he and his son and staff served my insurance needs over the phone on many occasions for the past twenty years. I know by the way he treated me he was a good man and will be deeply missed. May God bless him and you all.

Randy will be deeply missed by all of his bowling friends as well. I had the pleasure of watching him bowl his last (sure didn't know it at the time) perfect 300 game earlier in the season. Not too many near scratch golfers out there could also shoot 300 in bowling. Besides that he was a tremendous person and so much fun to be around.

To all of Randy's Loved Ones and friends,
I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He really was a fine man. One of the highlights, among others, I feel, when volunteering for the SHO is that I was able to spend time with him. The world will be a smaller place because he's no longer with us.
