A friend of Jim from the Junior Yanks of America as a 8-12 yr old, and later as a fellow track man at Brackenridge High School where we graduated in the same class in 1947. A great person and a good friend over the years.

It's hard to realize that his warm engaging smile won't be there to brighten our Rice gatherings in the future. Jim was the personification of friendliness, we had no other classmate who was more immediately recognized, and more loved. May he rest in Eternal Peace.
