Jasmine Seloff passed away on August 9, 2017 in Houston, TX. She was born in Houston on April 7, 1997 to Ninfa and Gary Seloff. She is survived by her parents, sister Marisa, grandmother Phyllis Seloff of Dallas, TX, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins from coast to coast. Jasmine had an ardent passion for music, dance, and art. She also had a huge heart and generous spirit, cheerfully reaching out to all who crossed her path.
A memorial will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home, Webster, TX.

I remember Jasmine's friendliness and liveliness when she was a student at St. Thomas the Apostle. She was a special soul -- I was a mere adult volunteer, and she chose to engage with me at times. Not all kids of that age will do that. I liked her spirit. I wish the comfort of good memories for her family.

Just a month or so ago, I was with a group of St. Thomas moms who were remembering Jasmine with fondness. A special spirit who is missed, for sure.

Condolences to the family. I didn't know Jasmine well, but my son went to the same elementary school, and I remember her as a lively and bright presence there. I will be praying for the family.

I am so sad for the world's loss of this amazing, young, lady! I loved having her as a student. I will never forget her and her amazing spirit. God must have needed an amazing angel!! She was wise beyond her years.

My heart breaks for you all at this tragic loss. I remember Jas as a sweet, bright, talented girl who always challenged me as her teacher to find the right music and the best way to teach her. Although I haven't seen her for a while, I've often thought of her and was glad that she "friended" me on Facebook so that I could follow a bit of what she was doing. Your family is in my prayers as you grieve.

Jasmine - a beautiful, talented, intelligent young woman. Jasmine always cared about others, she was brave and would defend her ideas. She was very artistic and talented. The world is a better place for having her in it. My heartfelt condolences to her mom, dad and sister, Marisa.
