I had the privilege of working with and for Jay for ten years when we were both associated with the Houston Chamber of Commerce. He was a great boss, a good and decent man, and a dedicated associate. I was thinking about him just last week, so seeing this today is doubly sad. I take comfort in knowing the depth of his faith, and have every confidence he is in a better place today. RIP old friend.
