My dear friend, Mr. Bolin, rest in peace; be free of pain and no more weep. I pray to God that he will grant strength to your wife Terri, son Brannan, daughters Kelly and Courtney, and the entire Bolin family to get through the struggles of the heartache that came at the time they lost you. I thank God for the privilege given me to have known you and work with you in Pulmonary Rehab. I am especially grateful to Terri for allowing me to share her time to see you once more, her knowing your time was limited.
I recall and forever will remember, your soft chuckle when I told you "Mr. Bolin, are you ready to do the stairs?" Terri too, chuckled and only for a brief moment stopping her tears. Though you knew Mr. Bolin, the stairway you saw was your stairway to Heaven. Rest in peace, my friend, for the drums are still, the smoke has cleared, and finally the battle is done. No more pain and no more will you know the restraints of human conditions. Now you have found a new life. One filled with joy that never ends, and love divine showing that we all are truly united - not only to God, but to each other. No, death does not separate us from those we love, but only deepens, with God and each other. Our faith is such that we believe that all of us shall meet again, one day.
Thank you, Mr. Bolin, it was my pleasure, so until we meet again may you rest in peace. Lucy Tellez

Dear Mrs. Bolin and family,
I knew Joe when I worked for Harold Farb in the 70s, 80s and early 90s. He always had a terrific smile and a quick sense of humor. I never heard an unkind word about him. My deepest sympathy for your great loss.
Sincerely,
Mary Horton
