Passed away on December 18, 2015. Services will be on Tues. 12/29/15. Visitation will be from 10:00-10:55 am with Funeral Services starting at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Missionary BC, 14513 South Post Oak Rd., Rev. Richard Rose, Officiating. Interment: Paradise South Cemetery.

I was sad to hear of Mr. Forny's passing. He was a great help to me when he served as EEO representative and I was EEO Counselor.

John and I Worked together at Mlk we had some good times there.
He taught me a lot doing Union work. He was a jewel.
May God give his family the comforting ministry of the Holy Spirit

I am gonna miss his "HEEEEY" when he opens the door to his home whenever I visited him. His smile and for sure his baked chicken. He made that dish just for me (in my mind) Rest in peace father in law. We will miss you dearly.
