I only knew Mike a couple of years. I would see him a few times a week working out with my husband. He's pictured here with his friend, Lin, at the gym. Mike was always full of laughter and wisdom. I enjoyed talking to him about the oil and gas industry. I'll never forget watching him open up a Hess Toy Truck and being in awe of all the "bells and whistles" and lights and noises. He was a child at heart. His love for Sandy was like no other. They were like teenagers in love...a love to be emulated. I wish much comfort and peace to the family. Mike will be dearly missed by many.

I met with Mike (and Sandy) Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00 pm for the last 13 years. Mike would rarely miss a workout, it meant a lot to him. I'd take his blood pressure before and after we'd workout, his numbers were like that of a twenty-year-old as well as his blood panel tests. I've seen his health go up and down through the years, but mostly up.
In our training sessions, we laugh and joke, almost like being kids on a playground, but still serous about the health benefits of weight training. Wed listen to each others stories and give friendly advice. Mike was not only my client, but also my best friend and mentor. Mike had wonderful attitude on life and was tough as nails! Mike was a great person, I will miss him immensely.

Mr. Mike was a wonderful person. He made me feel apart of the STVA family from the first day I started. I looked forward to the days he was at our office. Praying for Sandy and the family.
