Michael Sachko Obituary

MICHAEL L. SACHKO, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, age 74, passed away on May 21, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Angeles; daughters Catherine and her husband Brian Weinkauf, Elizabeth Hodges and her husband Brad Hodges, Michael's three granddaughters, Ashley, Sarah and Lindsey Hodges. Also in mourning are his brother John and wife Terry, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Michael was born in McKeesport, PA. on February 29, 1932. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and graduated as an electrical engineer in 1960. He traveled extensively all over the world. He loved opera, classical music and needlepoint. We will always cherish his beautiful works of art. He also enjoyed to cook gourmet foods and was a great entertainer. Michael spent the last 26 years in Houston, TX. Family and friends will dearly miss him. Private services will be held at a later date.
